The unique package design and use of solid media/agar make Biomed products especially effective in the field or austere environments. They are easier to use than ampoules and petri dishes.

Water/Membrane Filtration

Biomed Diagnostics' membrane filtration testing devices incorporate accepted filtration procedures in accordance with US APHA and EPA regulations for analysis of potable water, as well as surface and waste water.

Processed Foods

With seven tests to choose from, the InTray™ enables low-cost, routine testing for a wide range of food-borne bacteria, from Listeria to Salmonella to E. coli O157.

Hospital Infection

Prescreen patients or test treatment areas and equipment for the antibiotic resistant bacteria most likely to cause hospital-acquired infection.

About InTray™ Colorex™

Distinctive color and morphology differences produced by Colorex technology make preliminary bacteria detection and identification easy. Colorex premium chromogenic microbiology media permits single-step isolation and identification of pathogenic microorganisms based simply on color change, usually within 24 hours. Colorex is available in InTray through a partnership with CHROMagar™ of France.
